I have been waiting on a refund for over 6 months and have called at 37 times. HORRIBLE. They have yet to call us back and beat around the bushes claiming it is always the other guys fault. There is no way to get in touch with the owner. Because he has no phone, or email address, odd isn't it. I must say good luck with this company if you have any problems. We prepaid for 10 months and only received 4 months of service they merged companies and could no longer provide us wireless service and said sorry when we merged we are not responsible for any past debts or payments of the previous company. A BIG LOAD OF $%#*. They are sitting nice and cozy in there office that I helped pay for while my husband travels to the school and back to do work and homework on there internet because they screwed us over. They were wonderful to deal with at first But thats cause I was going to pay them I suppose. Once They had my money they were out the door celebrating that they got another one I guess. So don't be the next, now they are called Source One internet in cache county , Utah. So be forewarned or you'll find out yourself. --a very angry upset wife
