Spoke with Jennifer at 4:30 pm to verify the car was still available she confirmed. I told her I will be there in an hour to look at the car, arrived 5:45 ....the car disappeared was told that a buyer just came in and drove the car away...Yeah Right!,,.this is the 2nd time I 'very had this happen at this dealer...bottom line...there are other dealers who deliver on their promise...see the other comments as well.....same story.....!!!! Beware that the dealership advertises cars on their lot that they no longer have available or at a lower price than what is there. I went to see a 4-door Wrangler Unlimited only to find out that they had modified it into a truck (2 doors now) and added $30,000 to the advertised price. Their website still lists the 4-door, pre conversion Jeep for $28,000. Likely, they get a bunch of people in the door with this scam because the salesmen were more than happy to try to sell me the more expensive vehicle. They said ""they could not find"" information on the one I saw online, even though it is still listed in their inventory. Good bait. Call before you waste your time driving to see a car they don't actually have. more

Worst car buying experience ever... And this is my 9th car purchase. I had a very busy salesman who shared my deal w/ the most impersonable guy. Was there 3 hrs one day & 4 the next... Even tho they were supposed to be ready for me the 2nd day. I almost walked out several times but the deal was too good. Finance guy was slow & unresponsive. I will never buy here again!!! more

went to look and drove out in a new truck. these guys are awesome. great price and a great finance rate. very satisfied. will recomend to all my family and friends more

This place is horrible. They messed up my mother?s truck with a very poor paint job. I could have done a better job and I can?t even paint. Then she was treated like crap by the sales team and management while trying to get them to fix their mistake. After two weeks of run around, they asked her to bring her truck in to be fixed and gave her a loaner. Shocking that they did that, I know! I?m horrified that a dealership is run this way. Her salesman, ?Rommel? wanted her to bring the loaner car in on the day her truck was ready for pick up. However, she was sick with the swain flu (she had just gone to the doctor a few hours earlier) and so she told him she could not bring the loaner in until the next morning.
