My husband and I went to this bar Saturday, January 26, 2013, to celibrate my birthday. When we walked in, I went straight to the bar, as we were very exited to have our first night out since the arrival of our new baby, I wanted a shot! The bar tender was very unkempt and RUDE right off the bat!!! \r

She asked to see my Husband's id, but did not even ask for mine, I was very offended, but smiled and waved it off. I asked her if she knew how to make a few of my favorite shots, but she was very pissy and did not know how to make any of them. We eventually settled for Jager Bombs, because she did not even seem willing to learn how to make anything new. They were not even busy, but she was acting like she did not have time to help us. (I probably should have asked how much the jager bombs cost, because our bill was OUTRAGEOUS!)\r

After that, we ordered our mixed drinks as doubles, and I found us a table while she made them for my husband. When I tasted my drink I knew right away that it was NOT a double. I went to the bar for our second round and asked if the first ones had truly been doubles. She shortly replied yes. I upgraded to a better brand of liquor and asked for another double. I also stood and watched her pour, free handed, and she did a great pour as I watched her, but it made me very upset that in order to get my money's worth, I had to stand over her.\r

The karaoke host was not enthusiastic at all, until I started talking to her and making jokes. She was not impolite, just seemed kind of bored, like she didn't really like her job.\r
\r
I have held both of these positions of employment before and they were fun and enjoyable, and I took pride in what I did. These people obviously do not!\r
\r
I will not go back to this bar again, I will stick to the downtown bartenders that know what they are doing, and how to treat patrons. \r

The things that we liked were the many fun games to play, and the patio smoking area was very convenient for my husband. If they had better staff, this would be our new regular spot! Lose that crappy bartender, and maybe give some incentive to the karaoke host, and it might be a better place to find a good time.
