Lanham Window Company

This is one of two contractors I've dealt with during my three years in Texas that I can truly say is one of the most professional outfits I have ever dealt with.....ever! I had them replace the glass in four windows due to fogging. Everyone at Lanham Window Co that I dealt with - the folks answering the phone, Chuck Lanham Jr., and the installer were nothing but friendly and professional. They show up when they say they will, do great work, and even follow up with a card in the mail (personalized) thanking you for your business. Can't say I have ever seen anything like that before! You can't go wrong with these guys. I'm moving out of state and would only hope to find another window contractor as good as LWC. And the guy with the negative review needs to substantiate his claims.....what a bozo! more

Everyone I dealt with that works for Lanham Window Co were very nice and very helpful. They looked professional and you can identify employees who work for Lanham so you feel safe letting them into your home. The job was completed 100% and they did a great job. They also did a great job cleaning up and didnt leave a mess. more

I have had two experiences with Lanham Windows. My jobs by comparison would be considered small, but I was treated like a million dollar client. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the owners were professional, yet "down home" friendly. The work was done in a timely manner.Amazing!!! The job site was left clean and in order. I had one small problem several years after my windows were installed. Lanham Windows took care of it in a matter of days with the same friendly attitude as when they were selling me the windows. Best yet my house is quiet and my utilities are lower. more

I live in Colleyville, and seven neighbors on my street alone have had work performed by Lanham. My husband and I decided to have our windows replaced due to the glass being hard to see out of, and several windows would not even open. I had three different companies come out to give us proposals. The last was Lanham. I am a stay at home Mom, and I am very conscience on checking out a company before committing. I first checked the Better Business Bureau, followed by Angies List where we are a member as well. Lanham scored extremely high with both. Then in my search I find Insider Pages where I see this negative review posted by J.R. With concern I talked to all but one of my neighbors who had worked performed by this company. All six of my neighbors raved and gave extremely satisfied reviews. The day the representative (Todd) came out to see me, I was a little more than shocked. As a single woman I was very apprehensive to have work done on my home. After getting several several replacement window quotes, I felt at ease by choosing Lanham Window Company. It was refreshing to have a company perform the way they said they were going to. My home feels better and my electric bill has been drastically reduced thanks to the Lanham Family!! more

The father and son is a combo of dishonesty. It is a shame that people will lie to make money. If I knew what I know now of how this company was managed and how they treat their customers, I would have never ever requested a quote from them. I recommend only honest companies and cannot recommend this company to you. I am hoping they have changed their ways because money is not everything. A good reputation goes a long way. more
