Amir Nurani, had he spent time in the Air Force, could have emerged as one of those Airmen I trained. Unbelievably skilled in his job, Amir inspired confidence through the entire loan process. When he told me a VA loan could be closed in less than thirty days, neither I, nor my buyer's agent believed it. I had purchased with a VA loan in the past, and knew that Amir was just ""trying to make me feel good."" Well, there is egg on my face. From start to finish, it took 28 days. I don't know the way this young man's connections and networks reach out to so many, but for a fact even the appraisal was accomplished quickly. Ivonne Ganss is nothing less than awesome!! From the first time I talked to her I felt confident that she could help us. She knows exactly what she is doing and very fast and efficent...did I say fast.. we closed our home in 17days after I first spoke with her..yes 17 days.. this is even over the thanksgiving holiday!!! She was on top of every possible condition that would come up and made the process so much less stresfull.she answered all of my questions, and believe me there were many..and responded quickly to all my calls and emails..even after hours which I really appreciated.we had worked with another lender before Ivonne, and I wish I had found Ivonne first!!! When my wife and I began the process of purchasing our first home we were often told the process was going to be tedious and frustrating. This was true with our first LO but far from reality once Craig finally convinced us to give him the opportunity to make our dreams come true. Craig promised and promised and then delivered right on schedule. His impeccable customer service came as a surprise in this era of ""time is money"" and ""money talks"" mentality most of the country identifies with. more

Ivonne took over a loan (from a different company) whose previous LO was let's say , a disaster. She accomplished in 10 days what tis other guy could not do in 3 weeks. And the BEST part of working with her, COMMUNICATION!!! She provided daily updates and kept to her timelines. I wish lenders would understand, we are not dumb, don't write paragraph long emails explaining yourself...just be honest. If you can't make something happen, let us know. Ivonne, does that. She is honest and tells it like it is. If more lenders realized that A) Silence is deafening and B) just because you write a book explaining what you did and not what you haven't done, you are probably kidding yourself. I want to thank Craig Martin for all his assistance in getting my home loan approved. After Bank of America turned me down because of my time at my current job I contacted IFreedomDirect. Working with Don Ruff was a breath of fresh air. He made us feel like we were his only clients because he was always there if we needed anything. He was always patient, dedicated and knowledgeable throughout the whole loan process. There are people in this world that do their jobs at the bare minimum, and then there are people like Don that goes above and beyond. We started this loan process two years ago, first with Wells Fargo and then with Indymac and we never felt the reassurance as we did with IFreedomDirect. I just closed on the perfect house for me, and I pretty much owe it all to Amir. As far as I am concerned he is the greatest at what he does. Amir is your guy, and if you get to work with him you will never regret it! As a former military officer I do admit that I have very exacting standards which can be really hard to live up to, but Mr. Nurani exceeded my high expectations, and then some! It was such a pleasure, I rarely run into this kind of competence with anyone that I work with in any capacity, and that is why I must recommend him to you so highly! I encountered Amir months prior to beginning my loan application process, and from that moment on, I've always felt very lucky that Amir was the person who answered that very first email. Amir Nurani is a cool guy and fun to work with, but don't let that fool you for a second because Amir is the very epitome of competence and professionalism above all else! Among his greatest strengths, which are numerous, are Amir's thoroughness, his knowledge base, his painstaking attention to detail, his follow-through, his diligence and vigilance, his focus, his PATIENCE, his dedication to his clients, and his full on know how. This is a guy who REALLY knows what he's doing! With Mr. Nurani, I never even thought to wonder how long he's been doing the work he does, because he's just so good at it that it seems like he's been doing it forever. It can be a long process to do one of these VA loans and, in my case it was quite long because, (through no fault of Amir's, but only how the real estate market is today), we had to do my file over and over again on several different houses. Never once did Mr. Nurani make me feel that he was tired of continuing the process with me! Amir was in it for the long haul, and with that super pleasant personality he has, I can't imagine having had to do that kind of work with anyone else.! It's a very difficult, painstaking type of work that these people do, and I could never imagine doing it myself, but Amir never appeared to be overtaxed or the least bit irritable or even tired! And trust me when I say that what these people are doing is pretty complicated, and I can't imagine anything worse than getting someone who wasn't good at it. But getting someone who is GREAT at it is even better, and that person is Mr. Amir Nurani! more
