My Wedding (2d wedding) and Reception was held at the Melrose. Catering was from the restaurant. I'm satisfied that service and facility was essentially as promised. Several maintenance issues during the set-up stage were caught by the Photographer (Christopher Hartt) who found nearly a dozen burned out light bulbs, A/C turned off and some issues with the drapes. When called to attention of staff, however, all the items were corrected quickly. I would rate another star if hotel staff had detected and corrected the maintenance issues rather than the wedding photographer.
