I've been a regular customer here for 4 years but last night we had the most horrifying experience regarding their manager "Mandy". I called to complain regarding how rude a server was when we called to place an order for a pizza deliver amongst a few other things we have had issues about since being a customer there. Rather than listen she began slurring insults, calling me a liar, raising her voice and accusing me of "mental illness". She hung up on me and as I called back she kept hanging up on me. Well being a persistent person in regards to "injustice' I kept calling back to get my point across and finally spoke to a wonderful girl name Shannon who calmed everything down enough that I actually allowed my order to be placed.
The next morning I called to speak to the owner and was once again "intercepted" by the crazy manager Mandy... she began accusing me of "stalking" and hung up again. I called back to, ONCE again try to find the owners contact information and she began saying " you need therapy" "You're crazy".... I became so upset that I lost my temper and finally told her off... HORRIBLE terrible experience and she should not be a manager of this place. I will never go back there and hope that Karma takes care of this.
