I used to be their customer but now i will never order anything from there! their pressman does terrible jobs, all faded and can't cut straight, really disappointed, and there's this guy named Kahle , a racist and very rude..the other employees are 2 women , mother & daughter are ilegal aliens , same as the press operator,all related, don't know anything about customer service, and the owner should get fined and inmigration should pay them a visit too. They refuse to give my money back or to print it again. That business looks more like a Thrift store than a print shop. Should hire real press operators... Like the one they had years back .Mr Martinez was a PROFESSIONAL who helped the owners build and grow Bam. Thanks more

Horrible Customer Service and Deadline Accountability 1/8/2008

I have used Bam graphics on two different occasions. Both of which have caused me grief! I try to help the local businesses but will no longer with Bam. As a matter of fact, due to their mistakes my items were NOT done on time. And after being told i did not submit an item (which i found while i was there) by two different employees, after showing them their mistake i was told quote; They did not need my business!!!!! So, my $300. order and i will be going elsewhere where a PROFESSIONAL company can have my business!!! Pros: They promise the world. Cons: They are a poor operation!! more

Bad Experience 7/5/2006

I went to Bam for a printing project. They quoted me an average price. However, when I got the product, the printing was done very poorly. The lettering was faded. The quality was just very poor. The cutting was also very uneven. The customer service was also very poor. When I went to talk to them, the tone they used was very rude and they were reluctant to do the job over when it was their mistake! Very poor customer service manners and printing quality. I would go to any other print shop before them. Cons: poor quality printing, poor customer service more
