Don't go anywhere else! Great customer service is what you will find at Frenchtown Auto Sales. It began with the owner, Bill McDonough's cooperative attitude, on multiple phone calls, answering numerous questions I had regarding a particular car on his lot. My son and I met with him and gave them a ""wish list"" of things we would like before we returned the following week to purchase the vehicle. Their customer service continued with an offer to pick me up at the train station (I live in NJ) in order for me to pick up the car the following weekend. When I arrived to pick up the car I found all of the items from my wish list had been completed and the car had been cleaned and shined. A mechanical issue in the first month (remember this is a used car) was covered under the warranty included with the purchase. Frenchtown's customer service did not end with the sale. They were very helpful answering my many questions regarding the warranty etc. When the established warranty company experienced cash flow issues and did not pay my mechanic for the work I contacted Bill to ask for assistance. He immediately contacted my vendor and resolved the issue. This was beyond my expectations. I know the time, energy and money they spent on this sale did not add to their bottom line profit. It is so rare to find a business that cares about their customer, has the integrity to stand behind their product and works to make the customer happy. If you need a used car you should speak with these guys. You will not be disappointed!
