I hired them to simply hang a flat screen television in my living room. What a disaster. First of all the man I spoke to on the phone said it would be him coming to my house, it wasn't. But I was ok with this until the person who did show up was 3 hours late and I had taken a half day from work that eventually turned into a full day due to their apparent lack of time management. Once he, Chris, started the job the initial price I was quoted skyrocketed over $600. I was in disbelief but needed the job done so agreed. Chris was unable to finish the job so we agreed he would come back the next morning and I would pay half now and half the following day. Yet again hours went by with no sign of him. I called after 5 hours of waiting and he acted like nothing was wrong and I should relax. I tried to calm down but completely lost it when he told me that the over $600 increase in price wasn't going to cover it and that he would need an extra $200. I told him not to bother coming and am out half my money and to make matters worse I called another company to come and look at the work and they fixed all the wrong Chris created for half the price. As a previous person said, this was the worst service ever and I hope this review helps other people in choosing someone else to do the work. more

They were TERRIBLE! Were 4 hours late and then could not finish the job that day, as we were told they would. Also we were quoted $250 over the phone and understand that sometimes a job is more involved than initially thought but the job went from $250 to $800 and they NEVER finished. Said they would be back in two days and never showed up at the scheduled time. My husband called 4 hours after they were scheduled to be there and they made him feel bad for ""bothering"" them. NEVER EVER use this company. We wish we could get our money back or at least have the job done. Instead we are left with a half done job and a mess in the house to be fixed as well. I wish that we could personally put this company out of business. Do not make the same mistake we did. Absolutely the worse experience we have ever had with a home work project. more

Chris installed over-the-air broadcast HDTV antenna on my 4-story house’s roof and then 50” plasma on the wall in family room. Chris was very knowledgeable on all the “ins and outs” of doing the job right but also very intelligent, hard-working, friendly, and professional. Not only did Chris work with me to create the plan, he also helped me visualize how it will come together before starting the work. After all was done, everything worked marvelously.
