We were very pleased with our recent experience with everyone at Marvin Kanze. When our old air conditioning system needed to be replaced we received prompt, professional attention. Our new air conditioning system is now providing us with cooling at a level we have never had in the more than 20 years we have lived in our home. more

Marvin E. Kanze is always highly professional. They are knowledgeable, friendly, personable , and timely. They take the time to explain the service and what concerns, if any, they have with the heating/AC system. They are always honest and upfront about the needs and when things are in good shape they are eager to point that out too. I never second guess their findings. They are also on top of regular maintenance and will initiate call to schedule. more

I called at 7am, they answered the phone! I was told they would have a guy to the house around 1pm and low and behold, a truck pulled up at 12:55. The team was punctual, priced fairly, friendly and competent. They put those little booties on their shoes to keep our carpets clean. They found the issues and fixed the problem. Ah, it's nice to have heat again! more

Let's just say that there's a reason they've been in business for 60+ years!! Aside from being extremely responsive to my service need, Jonathan and marvin e. kanze were able to answer any and all of my questions and did a fantastic job repairing my heating system. I've referred them to multiple other people and have only heard positive things. They offer fair pricing and stand behind any work that is done. If you are in need of a great HVAC company you should definitely give Jonathan a call! more

Excellent Service, Best Value 9/5/2011

My service calls have always been answered promptly, and their expertise is second to none. I selected them to replace my dying and inefficient unit with a new Trane heating and cooling system because they provide the best value and service in the area. Jonathan Kanze personally came out to check on the installation and answer my questions, and the technicians were friendly, efficient, clean, and very skilled. Highly recommended! more

This company has been taking care of us for 15 years plus, and I felt it was time to let folks know what I thought. They are great! They are neat, clean, polite, and extremely friendly! They fixed our heat this winter when it went down, and they came out very fast. These guys are so great, and I trust them so much that I even leave my back door open for them when I have to go to work. more

I arranged to have my two HVAC units serviced after letting a few years go by between service (not a good idea). Luckily there were no major issues. The technician arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time; he put on shoe covers before he entered my home (I was happy I didn't to ask); and worked efficiently to complete the work. He explained what work was performed and his findings. I found the office staff to be professional and pleasant to work with as well. I have high expectations of companies that do work on my home and this company definitely meets them. more

I needed service in a hurry. My furnace was down and it was cold!!! They were out to my house in less than an hour, 45 minutes later I had heat:) The service guy was knowledgeable and nice, and most importantly- FAST more

This company replaced my heat pump last week and did a clean and fast job of it! The sales guy from the co. was(a Kanze himself) very honest and answered all of my questions. He even stopped by the job halfway through to make sure things were going well. If you need your heating & cooling equipment replaced check these guys out- they're really great:) more

My good old GE of 18 years stopped working sadley enough 10 days ago. I called marvin e. kanze, inc. and spoke to a Kanze. he came out and did a thorough estimate, especially when compared to the other companies I called. We gave them the job, and they were out quickley with the equipment we picked. My house is so much warmer, and this furnace is really quiet. When the workmen left you would have never know they were here except for the fact that my rusting piece of junk furnace was gone, and I had a cool looking new A/C unit outside. Tell everyone these guys- are THE GUYS! more

My family and I have used Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. for at least 30 years for our air conditioning and heating needs. They are always dependable and reliable. We recently had an issue with our heater, which needed a very rare part in order to get fixed. Although it took some time to track down the part, the company kept us in the loop every step of the way ? and charged very fair prices. All of their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I can truly say that the company cares about its customers. more

About 2 weeks ago this company installed in my home a new heating and cooling system, as well as cleaning my ducts. They were great, and even found a way to warm the cold spots in my house. The salesman was very nice, and asked me questions no one else did. The install team they sent to my house worked very hard, and you could tell had tons of experience. Oh and when they left, my home was as clean as when they came. Maybe a bit better- but don't tell my wife! more

I typically don't take the time to write testimonials but theses guys were great to work with. My HVAC unit recently broke and needed to be fixed. I called Marvin E Kanze and was impressed with their customer service and their quick response time. The tech that came to fix my unit was ontime and explained to me what went wrong. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more
