First of all the ammenities...The pool looks like Lake Erie and wont be open until August 1st. The sauna has been ""out of service"" for a year now. The fitness room is full of cheap equipment that may work or may not work. The laundry facility is absolutly disgusting...there is one laundry room for an entire 19 story complex...imagine how easy laundry day must be! and if you leave your clothes in the washer or dryer for over 30 min THEY WILL THROW ALL OF YOUR CLOTHES IN THE DUMPSTER! My roomate lost $2000 worth of clothes thanks to managment! Also, Jackie is an extremely fake fake person, you will find that out when you need something. Victoria Plaza does NOT fix anything or replace anything, they strictly rig it. They come in to your apartment un-announced for various reasons. DONT EVER be late on your rent or you will pay astronomical fees...no joke, I paid $2,199 one month because it was late....and my rent is only $755!! If you live in the upper floors be prepared to wait atleast 5-10 min for an elevator. This place looks nice and sounds great when they show you around the place but beware! once you sign that lease you will realize how shady Jackie and the rest of the managment really is. AND last but not least...Keep copies of EVERY SINGLE rent check you send in...They habitually loose rent checks and you get charged rediculous fees! honest mistake? or just one more way for them to scam money out of their residents? Ohh wait...one more thing...if you want to use the lounge or party room or even the moving elevator...it costs $50. they seem to forget to tell you that when they show you around saying you can use these things at anytime!
Pros: Nice view, shopping and dining is right across the street, and residents are friendly
Cons: Pretty much the whole place is a big con...literally!
