Rare Secrets is owned and operated by Ron Morgan. It has been in business for over 20 years. Ron and his assistant, Lynn, specialize in African American hair. Ron is currently working on weave and hair replacement techniques. If you are losing your hair, you should really go to Rare Secrets for a consultation.
