A Dr. that listens and understands....
I've been to several doctors in my life but in Dr. Ball I've found a professional as well as a friend. She actually listens to whatever I have to say and she does go out of her way to help. I mostly like that she listens. She goes out of her way to look up information regarding any problems you may be having. She prints you out a copy as well.
