Good: I liked everything about this place. The program was very goal specific. Each day the instructors gave you a progress report on your child. In the end of the session there were no surprises on your child's achievements and would advance to the next level. The staff was very courteous and professional but, also personable where the kids felt very comfortable and safe. The facility was always clean.. Bad: I have two daughters, 4yr old and 6yr. old, one attended the clownfish with Mr. Clay and the other Level II with Mr. Cameron respectively. My 4yr. old had no experience with the water, would not get her face wet, and could not even float. After the series were over she was able to swim freestyle at least 5ft with her face in the water. There were 4 students total in her class all with varying degrees of experience but, Mr. Clay would accommodate each student and teach them accordingly.. Improvements: My 6yr. old's class consisted of one other student. Which was great! Due to their skill level and how quickly they both excelled Mr. Cameron was able to teach them everything they needed to advance to Level IV. Both students were able to skip an entire level. I don't know too many businesses that is so accommodating that they are willing to "lose money" if you will, by letting us advance two levels. The instructors are very intuitive to the individual's skill and know just how to challenge them.. Other: Something else I was really pleased about that the other places didn't offer. They were really good about teaching water safety. They even reserved a day where they taught the kids about emergency rescue. My 4yr old still talks about how great it was to "rescue Mr. Clay". With the price being so reasonable ($60 for 10 - 40min classes) I signed the girls up for another round of lessons and I will be coming back again next summer..
