I was so surprised when I read the above persons experience because I have loved working here since my very first day! I have worked here for a year and a half now. There is a one appointment per hour quota as the other employee mentioned but the job is so easy its almost impossible NOT to get one appt per hour! As for the manager, she is really a great manager. She is an amazing leader and it's not her job to set appointments, it's her job to run the company. As far as not having a night shift, we have 3 shifts and always have. And yes Terri does order take out every Friday for all of the employees as a way of saying thank you for doing a great job. The bonus plan is outstanding and I make very good money there, as do most of the reps. I also highly doubt Terri Lynn would fire anyone because she was intimidated by their experience as she has over 20 years of experience in the industry herself. One of her best friends runs the largest telesales companies in the county and her cousin is the HR manager at what used to be called SDP. Mention her name at just about any reputable phone room in the county and you are sure to hear about what an outstanding employee she was. Working here is fun, relaxing, and I consider myself very lucky to have such a great job. We have fun contests, this month our first place prize is a flat screen television. Also, if I had to guess why Terri Lynn fired the other individual it was probably due to his poor spelling. I would also highly suggest to this person if he was unclear as to why he was terminated he should have asked her, she is a very honest person and always ready to help. Also if anyone is interested in working for this great company feel free to contact me for info as I was just informed tonight we obtained the largest hvac company in the country as our client and will be doing lots of hiring! Once again, cant say enough about how much I love it here! more

thsi place set appointments for ac companies in various states ie a telemarketing room the girl that hired me is terri lynn she requested that we set 1 appt per hour our shift was a 4 hour shift 5-9 i started on a wed didnt get on phone till 6 i got 3 apptson thu we got sent home at 7 i wrote 1 appt on fri i wrote 4 so i was off by 1 my first week...she fired me said i wasnt meeting my quota she fired me over the phone sat afternoon now if i wasnt meeting quato she should of fired fri night after the shift when i wrote 4 and to my face....i believe i was fired because she was intimidated by my work exp 17 yrs in a call center also by my work ethic all i did was dial numbers and all she did was order take out and make personal calls she didnt write no appts fri night i got 4she doesnt want anyone stealing her thunder and thats why the company will never have a night shift because she doesnt know how to manage and she gets rid of the people who writes....also they have no telemarketing license more
