Very friendly staff, especially the manager. They always get your order right, make it fast and they don't cut corners. Lots of places to sit, though since it is in a mall it can get very busy at times. You can special order here without getting yelled at and if something isn't right or doesn't work (like if the coffee machine is empty) they are very gracious and willing to fix whatever needs fixing.
