Best

Big portions, available seating for groups, yummy milkshakes and sandwiches. I've been there for lunch many times and the service is always cheerful and efficient.

Ok burger 2/18/2009

I don't recommend getting it delivered unless you want your cheese to congeal to the plastic lid and come completely off your burger.\r \r my entire order didn't go through, but they managed to charge me a $20 tip in $18. The burger itself is Ok considering NY is an unlikely place to get a great burger. the pickle was soggy as was the lettuce. Overall I don't think I""ll get a burger from here again considering the price. Pros: arrived quickly Cons: wished it hadn't arrived more

Good Food IN HOUSE - HORRIBLE Food for Take out!!!! 1/15/2009

I've been in here for lunch - food is good and usual manhattan prices and service is good. BUT take out is HORRIBLE!!!!! They are beyond cheapies when it comes to take out food. Their website is very limited on what you can order - does not include their full menu. I ordered french fries with mozzarella cheese and brown gravy on the side. $4.05 - just for fries - so i figured they would charge me a little extra when the delivery person got here for the cheese and gravy. They charge me an extra .61 cents (doesn't make sense) which i would have paid at least a $1.50 more anywhere else. BUT here is the kicker - they bring it to me in the smallest container in the world!!!!!!!! I got so ripped off its not even funny! the gravy was a small little round container enough to hold two packets of ketsup. The container was so small a sushi place wouldn't even be able to serve sushi in it!!! - that's how SMALL it was. If I were you - stick to eating in and FORGET about take out!!! Pros: good diner food Cons: CHEAPY W/ FOOD more

Greasy and expensive! 6/9/2008

This place is awful! I know midtown standards are low, but the burgers were so poor for the price. Plus they gouged you on every extra, so the standard burger doesn't even come with lettuce. A MCDONALD'S burger comes with lettuce and tomato! Come on! more

Greasy 7/18/2006

Greasy food, grimy restaurant. Everything we had was saturated in grease and oil. The waitstaff were nice, though. Pros: Nice Waiters Cons: Greasy, Dingy Dining Room more

Eight-minute eating 6/8/2004

My co-worker and I went to Burger Heaven on a Tuesday on our lunch break. We arrived on the earlier side (around noon) and could not believe how fast we got in and out of this place--it was great! We were seated (by a lovely hostess), served (by a friendly waiter), and split all in a matter of about a half-hour. The food was quite good and the place was neat and clean. All in all, an impressive experience. Pros: Friendly service, Good eats more

a heavenly experience 11/16/2003

My husband found this place and I wasn't too excited to try it but boy was I wrong. The service was excellent. The waitress when out of her way to help with our kids, like bringing cheerios for my 9 month old without us even asking. The food is always hot, fresh and to our liking. Best of all the prices are very reasonable. We've been staying in a hotel and Burger Heaven has delievered quite a few meals for us which is 100% better than the hotel food. If you are in the mood for a good meal at a fair price try this, you won't regret it:) Pros: Inexpensive, friendly service, kid friendly more
