They hired my fiancee as a sub contractor to learn drilling and within less than a month they threw him into the field without more than FIVE minutes of training on diff type of drilling. There was no supervisor. At some point the wrench snapped (because it's not the safest or most efficient way to do it)and caused him to sever over 80% of his two left fingers. \r

Toby Martinez, part owner, asked him to use his own personal insurance to go to the hospital and that they would be able to cover all expenses the insurance wouldn't be able to after all was said and done. The first day at the dr I spoke to the office manager on the phone who said that they would take no responsibility for the injury or expenses. That prompted a sit down with my fiancee and Toby, where AGAIN Toby insured that as long as he kept all receipts and bills he would take care of expense. \r

He promised my fiancee's position was secure. He made sure that my fiancee wasn't planning on filing workman's comp, because he really wanted my fiancee to work there and that he would take care of him. Toby has tried to come off as a good guy so that my fiancee would take his word for things, and UNFORTUNATELY he hasn't come through on anything. \r

My fiancee has been out of work for a while now and has had to go through surgeries and therapy to save his hand. When he met with Toby Martinez to discuss going back to work and reimbursement of expenses Toby said nothing had been discussed and they would not do anything. On top of that the position that we thought was secure doesn't exist anymore at his company, how convenient. He could've been looking for another job and not ONCE did Toby pay for my fiancee missing work over a WORK RELATED INJURY. \r

Bobby Burge is other part owner, he spoke with my fiancee at least once on the phone reassuring him that they would take care of him. He has not done anything and has allowed Toby to be his bulldog. Disappointing, disgusting, not worthy of being a word of mouth company when their word is not upheld.
Cons: No respect for employees, dishonest & avoid responsiblity
