I give Bunge's Tire & Auto two thumbs up! 4/28/2011

Bunge's Tire & Auto has always been a five for me. I've been a customer of theirs for about four years. I'm always treated professionally when I go there. Doug and Larry always give me a good reception when I walk in. I have found that they are upfront, honest and not just trying to charge more than they should. They take care of all of our issues and are efficient with repairs. The diagnostic tests are great, although sometimes that eats up a little time. I have found that the price at Bunge's are the same at other shops or even better in most cases. Plus, they are more personal and attentive there. It's the real deal at Bunge's. Sometimes, the owner Steve will come out to answer questions and to say hi, which shows that he really cares about his business as well as his customers. more

Outstanding comfort level with quality and convenience. 2/28/2011

I used to be a customer of another auto service shop, and one time I had to go to Bunge's Tire & Auto because circumstances didn't allow me to get my car over to the other shop. Ever since day one with Bunge's, the comfort level was right where it needed to be. I know that in the car repair industry, customers tend to always think that they're getting taken, but that never crossed my mind going to Bunge's. They are courteous, easy to work with, and do a good job. 2/3/2011

Bunge's Tire & Auto does a lot of work for state police vehicles. We have our own garage that works on most of our vehicles, but sometimes they get overwhelmed servicing all the vehicles from both the station and Illinois transportation. We needed to outsource our work to Bunge's Tire & Auto. We have been really pleased with them. I've been a trooper for almost 9 years, and we've been using Bunge's Tire & Auto at least that long. They do what is best for us without driving up costs. 12/29/2010

I have a 22 vehicle fleet and we take everything that can be serviced to Bunge's Tire & Auto. They are very honest and we have never had any problems with them in terms of turnaround. They try to accommodate our schedule as much as they can. The quality of their work exceeds expectations. With repair shops, you can never be sure they are doing work that is absolutely necessary, but Bunge's is honest. Good service, friendly people. 11/30/2010

We bought 3 sets of tires for 3 vehicles at Bunge's Tire & Auto, and it was very good. I think I might have got a better deal somewhere else, but we have been dealing with them for years and years, and I like their service. My daughter also takes her vehicle in for auto maintenance there, and once in awhile my wife goes there too. If we need it, we will go there. We have been dealing with them for years, and I would like them to stay in business rather than some of those big stores. I think their service is pretty good; I haven't had a problem with it. When I go in they don't give me the run around. They shoot from the hip and tell me straight what is going on. That is how they operate. Jim Kammes more

They are always honest. 11/24/2010

I have been using Bunge's Tire & Auto for the last 20 years, and I don't take my cars anywhere else. They have always been honest, and that is what I like about them. They don't replace anything unless it is absolutely necessary. If it is a big repair, they don't force you into it, but let you know that you might just want to get rid of the vehicle. I just had to do that recently. The service has always been great, and they have always been honest. more

I have been going to Bunge's Tire & Auto for probably 25 years. They perform all the normal maintenance on my cars and most repairs. I have been dealing with pretty much the same people over the years, so I am very familiar with them. They have always been very accommodating and great deal with. more
