Loved the new girl up front 7/25/2013

Left my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the request for the tire rotation wasn't heard and therefore not done and I didnt have time to leave it again. The oil change was very quick and the front desk person was extra nice. Definitely plan on going back. more

Diagnostic Excellence - Outstanding Work! 7/6/2013

Ed and his team did a fantastic job in identifying the mysterious problem with this car that has been the biggest headache for any car I have ever owned. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right with the right tools and a genuine GM part. I gave a 5-star rating only because 10 was not available! more

2004 FORD F-150 Just made the last payment and of course it didn't make it to the next month before having to drop some money into the vehicle. Of course bumper to bumper was honest / upfront with the costs. Keep the price down where it could be. VERY HAPPY Truck runs better then it has in years! (now paid off hoping we can keep this payment free for a few years) Thank you Bumper to Bumper Team! more

Clutch Kit Replacement 3/25/2013

I would like to wait for awaile before I make a decision. I had work done, but had to take the car back. I was told to wait until I have put 100 miles on the car to see how it is working. At that time I will make a final decision on service. Otherwise everything has been very good with the service. more

Oil Change 2/20/2013

I recently took my car for an oil change. I dropped it off early in the A M. I was told they would get to it soon and call and let me know when it was ready. At 2:30 I returned and asked if the car was done. They thought I had been called... I got an apology and a coupon for my next return visit. They were very sorry about me not receiving a phone call. more
