I have always been a fan of Bulwark and Eric is a fantastic pest guy!!! He always greets us with a huge smile, and gets the job done the first time. He is willing to go the extra mile if needed and will easily fit you into his schedule if you happen to see any bugs. Great Worker!!! more

I was a client of Bulwark for many years and recently had some financial difficulty. They lowered my bill to see if that would help but it was not enough and I had to leave them until I got my finances in order. I am now back with them and very happy to have the same technician, Eric, return to service my home. I hope I never have to leave them again. They are awesome. Eric Burch, our tech, does an excellent job and is extremely friendly. He always asks if we are having any issues or concerns and cleans up after himself and re-locks all our gates. I have had a few issues with Bulwark and it is because of Eric that I continue to use their service. Pros: Friendly, helpful ad on time Cons: None more

Eric Burch: It was considerate of him to put on booties before coming into our home. He moved the stove and refrigerator and sprayed behind them. It's the first time any technician has done that. Our five-year old granddaughter noticed he was whistling while spraying the back yard. It's very rare to find a technician who is considerate, courteous, and kind, and, who seems to enjoy his work. Adam has been providing us with his professional service for over 3 years. Unlike many other exterminators we have dealt with in the past, Adam takes his time during his visit and actually listens to our concerns and not only fixes any problems we are having and he explains the causes and what we can do as home owners to reduce the number of unwanted guests in our home. My technician Adam MacFarlane is AWESOME!!! He comes on time every time, very personable and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that this company was referred to me and I have referred them. Not a pest in sight 4/12/2010

I could practically set my watch off of the bug man Eric. The apt. is at 8am and at 1 sec till 8 he drives up always with a smile on his face. I had a different pest control company when I bought the house 3 years ago but we had so many bugs outside that we found a new one right away. We haven't had any bugs inside since they started and rarely even see one outside. I have already recommended them to my friends and would do it again. Pros: always on time, Cons: none more

The best tech in the west 4/11/2010

I am happy to say that Billy McAlpine is my tech. I could'nt ask for a better human being. Friendly, polite, courtious and makes sure I am totally happy with his work. He even asks if he can be of any other service. I really appreciate that quality in him. I can only hope that he will be with Bulwark for a very long time. 2 thumbs up for Mr. McAlpine. Ed Sakugawa has been taking care of our home pest control needs for some time now. We also referred our daughter and son in law to Bulwark and he is their pest control technician as well. Both of our families are very satisfied with his service. He also has a personal touch making our families feel as he is a good friend to us. He is to be well recommended to anyone needing pest control services. There should be more people out there like Ed who take their jobs seriously. Thank you for giving him to us.
