Bullock Mechanical

I called this comp. because my neighbor seemed sure that they were the ones to use. Sure enough, it wasnt 5 mins. after the guy arrived and i was impressed. Shoes were covered, and tech was clean and very educated. I have had my ac worked on by people i wouldnt trust, so im happy to write this for a comp that deserves trust and my money. more

This guy stiffed the crane company that lifted our a/c unit, now we have a lien filed on our property.......UNBELEIVABLE ! more

Im glad others on here have had a good experience, but please beware. Incomplete job, there's no returning phone calls, no refund. Get what you pay for. more

I called Bullock ac for the first time when my ac unit broke. They were referred to me by my neighbor, who thought the world of them. He said nothing but nice things and told me I would be in great hands. Pros: Professional At All Things Done, and Done Right. Cons: not enough companys like this anymore more

I dont usually pay much mind to the people that come to my home over the years past. I guess they clean and maintain it, then I get a bill and their gone. Pros: This Man Has What Other AC company's Need Cons: The cons. are of the other two company's before Bullock more

It has been 5 more days and still haven't heard back from Bullock Mechanicals, and still don't know if the parts have been ordered. It is so frustrating that a business would operate this way, especially in Galveston after the residents have suffered so much after Hurricane Ike, and really don't need this extra stress. I have an old system which I know needs to be replaced. Ive been using other companies to fix my unit which seems to break down with a different problem each time. Ive spent alot of money on different parts because I cant afford the new EXPENSIVE, system they all tell me I need. After spending over 800.00 on my last repair, while being ""pushed"" to buy a new unit instead- Its not long after and its broken again with something else. \r I found this company bullock mechanical and gave them a try. All I can say is that ive never had any company show true respect and understanding for my personal needs. Justin was able to not only fix my unit, but explained what and how, instead of spending 20 min. and leaving me with another ""Temp"" repair. He took genuine care towards my budget needs. Then actually explained and showed me a picture of what was up in the attic. No one else went up there, and thats why my unit wasnt fixed properly to begin with. I am now very comfortable in my bedroom, and my unit is working better than it ever has. MY OLD UNIT, WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS UN-REPAIRABLE.
