I believe there is new ownership since the other reveiws were written. We had the worst experience ordering hardwood with this company. It is apparent to me they have no modern inventory system. No one ever returned my calls even when they told me they would call me right back or call the next day. I feel I was lied to about my order and received several different answers as to why my order was delayed by more than three weeks after the longest date they said it would take to fill my order. I left repeated messages for the owner and received no response. I feel bad for the people who work there. In my interactions with me, they told me the delayed orders were widespread and customers waiting weeks after Buffalo Hardwood promised instillation on dates and could not come close to meeting them. For your own sanity go someplace else. Terrible business practices and worse customer service.
