Your experience at Buffalo/Monticello Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will begin with a formal evaluation with detailed history, systems review, and tests and measures on the affected area of concern. We will work together on forming goals and helping you achieve these goals will be our priority. The first evaluation typically will last approximately 1 hour with subsequent visits approximately 30-40 minutes with treatments ranging from manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, physical therapy modalities, and every patient will receive a home exercise program specific to their needs.
