Dr. Yamada and all staff were so friendly and helpful from the first day we went in for the consultation for our daughter's braces to the day they came off. They made sure the teeth were perfect and they were excellent in the follow-up and making sure the teeth stayed perfect. There was some discomfort of course (teeth have to move!), but we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't bad at all. They offered several choices of the kind of braces, which gave us a choice of price that we wanted to pay. They had the latest technology for everything and we were very impressed with how exacting they were in all they did. Our daughter had two missing permanent teeth and they perfectly lined up the teeth and the roots of the teeth so that implants will be able to be put in easily. The office staff was so easy to deal with. They dealt with the insurance company for us and when we needed to do something for insurance, they told us how to do it and it was so helpful and made all the difference. The hygienists were so cheerful and careful. They were like family. The whole office staff was like family. Going to see them was a pleasure. We highly recommend Dr. Yamada and her team!
