This is my first time to write a review on any website, however I felt compelled to share my story, and wish that you take all sides into account. My experience with Buds has not been favorable as seen here on the two reviews Ive read. My girlfreind went yesterday to get a check engine light diagnosed, and her brakes checked at Buds. After telling her they performed this, she recieved an invoice ( #1146) for $44.53, and was told that she needs a new catalytic converter which would cost $600, and that they could not use an aftermarket part on her car. Consequently she went to Mesa Muffler, where the gentleman informed her that they could replace the part for $178, and after she questioned the price difference, they were confused, because "Buds buys the parts at the same place". Needless to say she had them replace the part, paid the bill and recieved a 3 year warranty (although the details of what is covered is unknow right now).
