Mt toilet decided it wasn't going to shut off. I had seen your commercials on TV about no appointment and decided to call. Best decision I ever made. Great company, fast service, excellent technicians! 10/24/2016

I called with an issue and they sent a team out within a couple of hours, even though it was a non-emergency issue. The techs were knowledgeable, courteous, and worked really hard to resolve my issue using shower parts that I had already special ordered. They left everything clean, and the pricing fit my budget. I know who I will call in the future, and I wish I had called them to begin with because it would have saved me time and a big headache! Thanks Bud's Plumbing!!! more

Task was to re-seat one toilet and replace another toilet. Service person was Rebecca. I was somewhat surprised to see a female at my door at the appointed time but I can say that Rebecca really was a pleasant surprise. She handled the estimates and the tasks as well as anyone could have and perhaps even better. I personally appreciated her desire to complete the tasks in a very professional and skilled manner. The house was probably left cleaner than when she arrived. Bud's have a good idea by giving an onsite quote where the repair person can make a more accurate evaluation. If plumbing needs are in my future, I will assuredly call Bud's Plumbing and in my case, ask for Rebecca. Thanks Rebecca and thank you Bud's !!! more

I have used Bud's for years!! 10/19/2016

I have had a multitude of plumbing issues/needed replacements or repairs in our new home in the last 16 months. I call and am scheduled quickly for service. I like the same person to return when I have need as I feel they become familiar with the property and home and then accumulate a history; so, I request Rebecca Stucki personally every time as I have built a well-working relationship with her in the many years I have been using Bud's for service. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to answer any questions and or concerns that I have. Plus, she without fail will recommend products and services as needed to help us maintain and support our pipes, drains, septic, etc. A+ to her!!!! I have always relied on Bud's for great service. Today was no exception when Rebecca came to fix my shower, kitchen sink & inside valve. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained all that needed to be done where I could understand. She worked all day in very tight spots of my older house with a smile. My shower works better than it has in the 15 years I have lived here! After finishing everything, she reviewed everything with me which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend both Rebecca & Bud's for excellent customer service, quality & repair! more

I have been using pads plumbing for years and always request a specific plumber, Rebecca Stucki, in the last two weeks she has fixed a water softener issue when I was having back up water in the garage, and installed a new disposal under the sink she is excellent friendly knowledgeable professional !!!!!! more
