A helpful tip for the owner of this company would be to fire his wife! She is the rudest, most condescending woman I have ever spoken to! We had been customers for 2 years and sold some of our land. The owner of the new place hadnt been in her home for 2 weeks and we got hate mail from the garbage company telling us they were going to discontinue our service because of the new neighbor hadnt started service with them!! What?? Like that is our problem! When I called the company to explain, the owners wife basically called me a liar and when I explained I had no control of what garbage service the other home uses, she told me oh well! Are you kidding me?? I told her that we were only putting our garbage out and they were our regular cans and the other house wasnt. She continued to be rude to me and when I told her there was nothing I could do about the new owner of the other home she told me to call another company she didnt care. So after 2 years with this company this is how they treat their loyal customers! \r
This is no way to treat ANY customer! If I treated my customers like this I wouldnt have any! And now they dont have me or the other home owner as a customer! They arent the only garbage disposal company in town!\r
Thier loss I guess, and I will make sure everyone I speak to knows how they treat their customers!
Cons: Bad customer service! Rude !
