I've used Budget Pest Control for the past seven years. They've serviced 2 houses that I've lived in. They are always on time and help with all of my pest control needs. I have a home in Colorado and a home in Tx, and I wish I 4/23/2011

This company does great work. I have used them for several years in my Denver Home. I wish I could take them with me to spray my Houston home because I cant find a good exterminator there. The guys who come to my house are always very professional and friendly and always on time. and on top of that, they really seem to care if I have seen any bugs!! The last time they were here the guy went out of his way to ask if I had seen any new areas of concern before he did the spray outside. I always recommend this small, family owned company to my friends. more

Great Job! 11/6/2009

I have been using them for years with great results. We live in the mountains, where rodents are a severe problem. We were infested with mice that had grown so numerous that they didn't even care if we saw them running around the house in broad daylight. I even saw one go for a swim in the dog's water bowl early one morning! Voles were also digging up our yard and killing our garden plants. We started using their monthly service and the problem cleared up within a few short months. After several months of no mice, we canceled our service, thinking we no longer needed them. But the mice returned quickly and we reinstated the monthly service. Now, we have been rodent free for at least two years. Small price to pay for the peace of mind. And we have grown to look forward to Paul's monthly visits. Pros: Good service for less money Cons: Don't know of any negatives more

Poor customer service philosophy 6/25/2007

I received a price increase notice of an additional $15 per quarter. I thought this was unreasonable and decided to shop around. Orkin was cheaper, but I had been with Budget for so long, I decided to give them a chance to match Orkin's price. They said the notice they sent me was only $5 higher, but since I had not done the treatment quarterly and missed 5 months of treatment, they wanted to charge me an additional $65 to come spray. I told the owner I had been a customer for 5 years and she said it didn't matter. She was rude and said it wasn't worth $65 to keep a long time customer. If this is the owners philosophy, then I do not believe anyone should do business with them just in case they have problems.
