I was impressed with the last installation and even more so with today's install!! THANK YOU for a job well done from start to finish, it has been my pleasure to have worked with your organization. Since you have covered every window and door here, I didn't expect that I would be calling on you again for this property, until Doug mentioned that you also do exterior solar shades, so…. I will be calling you Ashley during the first quarter to give me a quote on at least five units for our back porch. more

Chris come over and showed us the multitude of choices and price ranges he had to offer in his 'show room on wheels'. Recommended the best products and prices and I couldn not be more happy. The installation was quick and efficient and he is so clean. He even goes to the extent of removing his shoes when he enters my home - everytime! Give Budget Blinds a call if you want the best of the best! more

Dear Tony Just a note to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with Budget Blinds. Lets start with your sales associate Kim as soon as she walked in the door we knew we were dealing with a professional. She was all business but at the same time she was very pleasant to deal with. We had three other representatives from other companies in our home that couldn't get the job done. She got the job done and we signed the contract on the one visit. I also want to put in a good word for the two men who installed our shades and valances They were great. 1) They took off their shoes 2) They were very polite 3) They were careful with the furniture 4) They gave us an excellent installation 5) They cleaned up after the job was done My wife and I will recommend Budget Blinds at every opportunity more

Tony, I just wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with your ""5 year No Questions Asked Limited Warranty"". My husband and I built a new second home in Delaware during 2009 and subsequently learned that the window installation was flawed which led to damage to the interior of the home as well as the window treatments with water marks scarring the blinds. I was recently reviewing my home file and came upon the warranty information. My call to you was returned within minutes and the request to replace was seamless. What a great product and service you offer! more

Just a note to let you know how pleased we were with the entire process as well as the great job your install team did with our new blinds. Your staff was on-time, actually early, and extremely professional and courteous during the install appointment. They worked fast and were very conscious, making sure that each room was spotless once the units were hung. Once finished, they reviewed the work completed and made sure to answer any questions we had about proper care for our blinds. Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in finding blinds that would fit our budget, but not compromise on quality for our new beach house. Great service, great blinds and at a great price!!! Will most definitely use your team again and recommend you. All The Best!!! more

I want to thank you for suggesting darkening film for our TV room. Sun glare had been terrible even with heavy blinds. Now there is no glare and I know it will help room temperature. It will also reduce fading of blinds and carpet. You and your installation team were wonderful, neat and efficient. We will have you back to do this in at least two other areas of the house. more

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my beautiful shutters. As you know, I ordered them for my entire house. From the moment I met your in-home sales associate, Kim Kappes, I knew I was dealing with a professional, well-managed company. Kim was full of ideas, made recommendations and suggestions and thoroughly explained my options. I settled on the plantation shutters which give me that streamlined look throughout. I was concerned about jeopardizing the tilt-in function of my windows, but Kim had the solution to that also. She is exquisite. Budget Blinds has a marvelous selection from which to choose and options that never entered my mind. When the gentlemen came to install the shutters, they were equally as courteous, tidy and efficient. As an added bonus, you arrived to check on their progress. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to cover their windows with one of your products. This was a major investment for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!! They look fabulous! more

Each step of the way was a breeze, from the time I made the phone call and spoke with your sales person Kim Kappas to the time my blinds were installed. Ms. Kappas was very patient and helpful while I decided which style of window treatment to install. The installation team was courteous, professional, and most helpful. After they were finished, I couldn't even tell they were in my house. They cleaned up behind them every step of the way. Even taking their shoes off while working in my home.
