Great Work, Affordable, fast 2/27/2017

we shopped at several places and ended up with Buddy's, the sales lady Kim was out within the week to give us prices, I was having a big party at the end of the month, she had her crew out at my house in 4 business days, it took the crew all day to lay 3 bedrooms, which was great, because they took all the beds down, took the carpet to the dump, I couldn't believe how fast they were, there was a special piece I needed to have ordered, they took care of it all, came back out a week later and had someone put it in, I was very happy, I will be back to use them again in the future, life time customer. more

Damaged my step 10/11/2015

Installed carpet on my stairs. After installers left I found a 10 inch piece of wood under my end table. It was a piece of my step they had broken off!! I've tried getting them to do something about the damage but they won't. I plan to contact BBB & Consumer Protection agency. Very dishonest business. more

Horrible Service 6/30/2013

The people putting it in didn't show up the first day. I had to call off work an extra day. The prices were too high and the service was horrible. The guys that came were very unprofessional as well. I would not recommend this to a friend. more

Remarkable 6/22/2011

The service was excellent I needed the flooring actually 3 days after I picked it out and they made it happen. Tom waited on me and helped me in picking out the carpet I needed. He used part of his day off to measure my floor. That was unbelievable. The store manager guaranteed me I'd have my carpet laid out in 3 days. It was remarkable the way they handled it because it was an emergency situation. more

exceeded my expectations in every way 4/28/2011

I contacted Buddy's to refinish over 12,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. Beautiful oak flooring that had been deteriorating by the claws of a dog over a five year time. The professionals that came to my house came at the desired time and cleaned up after their work. They did the job with minimal disruption to my family and my house and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend their services. more
