OUR A/C QUIT WORKING ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THE SERVICE TECH ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS. HE SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE COIL, BUT IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. HE PRESENTED ALL OUR OPTIONS FOR REPAIR OR REPLACE CERTAIN PARTS AS WELL AS REPLACE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. WE DECIDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. THAT VERY NIGHT AT 8:30 PM, A SALESMAN FOR THE COMPANY ARRIVED. WE WERE GIVEN SEVERAL OPTIONS AND CHOSE A UNIT WITH SEER 14 RATING. THE INSTALL BEGAN THE VERY NEXT MORNING. BECAUSE THEIR INVENTORY DID NOT HAVE A SEER 14 UNIT, WE WERE GIVEN A SEER 16 AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETED BY 3:30 PM THAT SAME DAY. SO WE WERE WITHOUT A/C FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND WE WERE GIVEN A BETTER UNIT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST BECAUSE THAT IS THIER POLICY. I HAVE BEEN USING BUD ANDERSON'S SERVICES SINCE 1998. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERINCE. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEIR COMPANY WHEN ASKED ABOUT A HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY. more

I have always had great service from Bud Anderson. One July afternoon I came home from work to 100 degrees in my house. I didn't yet have the service agreement but a very nice guy came out and fixed the problem that evening. I signed up for the service agreement right away and have kept it since. more

Wouldn't you know it? Family was in town for a surprise birthday party and the temps were pushing 90 degrees. The day of the party, the air conditioning stopped working! It was a weekend, so I was very concerned there would be no one answering or available to help us. The party seemed doomed. But 45 minutes after I placed the call to Bud Anderson, a service technician was knocking on the door and 20 minutes later, cool air was blowing! Bud Anderson is our first choice for heating and air needs. You can rely on fast, friendly service and affordable prices. more

I have used Bud Anderson to service and 6/4/2012

I have used Bud Anderson to service and repair my HVAC unit since I moved to Fayetteville in 2001. In 2010-2011 I actually purchased my heating unit, then upgraded my Air Conditioning the next year. It's never a 'great' time to replace units, but the fact that they listened and could suggest partial replacement then completed the other side of the replacement the following year is a testament to them. Their sales staff are honest and sincere. Their work has been exemplary, as our heater went out on the eve of the coldest day of the year, and their staff stayed well into the evening to insure that we had heat before they left. more

We have received timely, courteous and professional services from their technicians and staff in every encounter we have had with them to include the installation and follow-on service of a new Lennox heating and cooling system. more

This company has delivered everything as promised, 11/24/2011

Bud Anderson identified safety risks with our 30 yr old heating system and provide advisement and replacement services for our system that proved accurate and of great value. We could have saved money up front with a different company, but I believe we would have received less value. The equipment we chose has reduced our gas and electric bills in alignment with Bud Anderson's claims. This company has delivered everything as promised, such as Semi-annual inspections. We have peace of mind with our current HVAC solution that we did not have previously. more

We are very happy with the service and professional people of Bud Anderson. We were impressed also of the way they have a rug to put at the entrance of your home and cover their feet with shoe socks before coming inside. The appointment was made and verified, personnel were on time and unit was checked out for the coming season. We would not hesitate to recommend Bud Anderson Heating and cooling to anyone. Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling allows me to have complete piece of mind with regards to my comfort level at home. Their repairment are very professional, courteous and take time to explain in detail the issue they are working on. One night my unit quit cooling during the summer and the temp in my home was above 90 degress. They had a service tech out quickly even though I made the call at 7:00 PM. I recently purchased a new 5-ton Amana Heat Pump and I couldn't be more pleased. The temperature in my home is the most consistent it has ever been. Thanks Bud Anderson. more
