I actually prefer this place over the well known Owl Bar across the street. The burgers are HUGE here and the green chile is hot! The food is down right addicting. A nice home-made salsa that actually has lots of finely chopped veggies in it. Perfect golden onion rings. They have traditional New Mexican dishes too. The owner is awesome, friendly and is there almost every day. The bar itself is lacking and small but they have tables, a spot in the corner for a band, and a stuffed mountain lion in the back. There is usually only one or two waitresses so beware that it may be a wait if they are busy but they try to serve you as fast as possible. Friday and Saturday nights are BUSY, so get there early. This place is only open until 8pm on the week days. Friday night they sometimes have live music or Mariachi singers!
