11000. mistake...prepaid for pool to be installed partially inground - was not done & could not get anyone to help me @ store or install crew. Left many messages & was ignored. Install date was changed by them twice, install rushed by them concrete spread & liner in - same day. They tore up my yard, and pool had a leak in less than 30 days after install. I did not get any type of owners manuel or any info on pool care from them - worst experience I have ever had - & they came highly recommended - I could go on with the TRUE complaints - would like to contact actual owner - name for that person anyone???? more

Full disclosure, I work at Buck Stove Pool and Spa. We make it a point to speak to everyone that walks in. Sometimes we are on the phone or with another customer and can't get to someone right away, but we NEVER ignore people and we always try to be nice and courteous to everyone. We appreciate our customers and try to do everything we can to help them. We go above and beyond in most cases. You don't stay in business for 35 years if you don't treat your customers right. I don't know what the specific instance was with the customer in 2008, but I can assure you it was an exception to the rule. Come see for yourself. more

Very Bad service after there20+ min with out any employee looking over my way. I left. If you don't like your job get out ,other people would love a job and be nice.( on the sales floor there was 5 sales people) and only myself and a older man needing help.He left with out buying a thing .and my pool is in the works with a company acoss town.(they lost a ingound pool sell $38,000.00 cash) more
