Don't bowl here. The girl at the front desk is in way over her head. Enen though over half the lanes were available, she had us wait (20 minutes) while she figured out where to put the two other groups of 3 amd four, before giving us a lane. The kiddie bumpers were up on the lane she gave us. I called on the service intercom and asked if they could lower them for us, her response was ""maybe"". After getting our shoes on and programing in our names, I figured out how to pull the bolts out and stomp the bumpers down. Our second ball failed to return. Once again I called on the servoce intercom, and got a ""NOW WHAT!"". I explained we needed a ball return on our lane. It took about three minutes to get results. About 1 out of four ball failed to return. As we requested assistance, the responce became harsher and seemed to take longer. Half way through our first game, a lane mechanic stopped by and said he was sorry we were having problems, things were fixed now and he would see that some of our games would be comped. In our third game, the ally went dark in the ninth frame. I went to the desk to hopefully avoid the harshness over the intercom, and was told ""sorry the lane is broken, I can't move you, you have to leave."" With three of us bowling almost 3 games, I was charged for a full 9 games, when I asked about the mechanic saying we would be comped, she said "" he didn't have the authority"". THIS Place needs to learn about coustomer service!
