Bruno Air Conditioning

I didn't know I got a "triple play" with my agreement. When called for my air conditioner cleaning I was asked if I wanted the plumber and electrician (at no charge) to come as well. Sure, I said. Jonhatan, John and Juan all arrived with minutes of each other. They went about their business in an orderly, friendly and efficient way. Each member of the team was very knowledgeable in the work he was doing. I was not only very satisfied but excited that I passed with flying colors and nothing had to be paid for! I commend Jonhatan Rating Woohoo! As good as it gets! Suarez, John Cardone and Juan Vega and hope their work is recognized. more

Call was scheduled between 9:00AM and noon. At 9:30 I received a call indicating tech would arrive toward the end of the window. At 12:45 I called and was told by the man that answered that he would call dispatch and have them call me right away. At 2:00PM I received a call from Jory indicating that he would arrive shortly. When I voiced my dissatisfaction to him he showed me his phone indicating that he had called in several times to tell them that his first assignment of the day was a 4 hours job and 45 minutes away from me and that there was no way he could accept the assignment, I have personally spoken to Louis Bruno in the past and I know that he is committed to making his business the best it can be - but he seriously needs to address his dispatch team. To have not been called on their initiative is bad....to have not been called when I reached out to indicate there was a problem in totally unacceptable. It was our last day in Florida and we had hoped to be able to do something and take advantage of the beautiful weather...thus the request for the early appointment. Given the chance, we would have scheduled a different day on our next visit. As for Jory - our tech - he was outstanding !!! very professional and engaging and personable, very thorough and provided great feedback on his findings more

Had a 8:00 am appointment to have my A/C replaced. Tech's showed up on time and did a great job installing the new system. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the work that was done. more

Actually, today makes 1 yr. for My new HVAC system which is a Louis Bruno Sig. series system. There have been some issues with the system during the first year. However, when you send a professional technician like Jonathan to do the troubleshooting and repair, you soon forget about the inconvenience. Great Job Johnathan! Still happy in Naples...... more

Attention Louis Bruno: Johnathon did a good Job. However the person that sold me the A/C system should have had installed the stage 1 Biocide System Sterilize when they installed the A/C system. My insurance Co. would have paid for the installation ( we had a surge during a lighting storm that broke the A/C system). However as it is I had to pay $1,100.00 out of my pocket. A lot of money for a retired person on a fixed income. The sales check list did not have it as an item to be installed. more

arrived late due to circumstances but both lloyd and the bruno office kept us well informed of what was going on. lloyd arrived explained what was going on in our unit, what the parts are, and what will need to be concerned with in the future. very professional excellent visit. more

I knew my air conditioner was on it's last leg. I bought a Groupon for Bruno Air to inspect it. Lee Dutton was the tech that was sent. He went above and beyond to show me some issues with my AC that I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing a new system and am very happy with it. more

Darren is knowledgeable, professional, and knows air conditioners. He helped resolve a series of serious issues with this air conditioner. He follows through and takes great pride in his work. I have requested to have ONLY Darren do service on my air conditioner. He's been in the business for 20+ years and knows what he is doing. I understand that everyone needs to start at some point, but the younger servicemen created more problems than solved them. Thank you Darren! Ronaldo arrived on schedule as promised and did one of the most thorough jobs that I have encountered by any service technician. It took well over 90 minutes to complete all his tasks and he even climbed into the rafters to inspect all of the duct work to ensure that everything was inspected and for any issues that might arise in the future. His explanations were thorough and extremely valuable to me since I have an aging air conditioner which is something no other service technician has done. He is not only an expert in his field about but is a gentleman and extremely pleasant. Bruno Air Conditioning will be my air conditioning service from now on. more
