The Brown Barrell is new name of this dive bar. I say "dive" because the place is too small, the drinks are overpriced, and the patrons are mostly homeless addicts. The owner/manager likes to sit at the bar in the morning and get drunk while berating his servers. There are much better bars to frequent.
