I called Broten and within a few hours they were at my door and had repaired my problem in 5 mintues. The technician then offered to program my car remote for me which is so convenient! The extra effort was made and very much appreciated! more

Great Service! 5/3/2011

Could not get our garage door open...called Broten and they were out the same day. Ended up replacing springs and wheels. They gave me the options and had all the parts with them. Worked quickly and efficiently. Will call again...Thank you! more

The entire experience with Broten was absolutely exceptional. From the person answering the phone to set the sales appointment, the sales person Bruce (who showed up the same day I called), to the installers and the follow up checks to ensure the job went well. more

The price was very competitive (I compared them to 4 other companies).\r The installers were just as professional with installing and explaining the operation and maintenance. \r I would recommend this company to anyone, it was a pleasure to work with such a professional operation. more

From the scheduling of a convenient appointment time to showing up within the agreed time frame they were very professional. When the service person arrived he explained what needed to be done as well as the price breakdown in a manner easy to understand. He also suggested extra maintenance and showed me potential problems in the near future without any pressure to fix it right away (although I did). I would recommend their services to anyone. more

When I couldn't open my garage door I called Broten. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The technician came out the next day and was on time. He assessed the situation and gave me my options. After he was finished, he took his time walking me through the new garage door features. He made sure to point out all the safety issues with garage doors to protect my young children. How sweet is that? He was efficient and polite. What a great experience. I will happily call them again if my garage doors ever need service. more
