I have come to Brooks-Huff. The reason being is that they have Competive price and conveniant hours, but the main reason is the GREAT Customer service. I can buy tire's anywhere....

I enjoy great customer service and at Brooks & Huff I get just that and more. I drive from inner city to Hunt Valley just to receive the fantastic service that I get when i visit Brooke and Huff. I highly recommend anybody to visit. more

The service is exceptional! I dont know anything about cars, and Eric took the time to explain what they were doing and even brought out my tire to demonstrate why it was important to rotate tires as mine were pulling hard on the left. He gave me the coupon price for the oil change, even though I did not have the coupon, finished more quickly than the estimated wait time he gave me, and gave me an estimate on a costly repair that he said he wouldnt change if it was his car right now, but that I should be aware of as I will need it at some point within the year. On top of all of that, they beat the price the dealership gave me by $150!\r more

I have come to Brooks-Huff. The reason being is that they have Competive price and conveniant hours, but the main reason is the GREAT Customer service. I can buy tire's anywhere. I drive the extra 10 miles knowing I will be greeted by a polite, considerate and knowageable staff who does whatever it takes to keep me a happy satisfied costomer. I highly recommend Brooks-Huff for all your automotive needs more
