Told me it would take 2-3 hrs to put it in, when other places told me 1 hr. He told me when I just happened to come in to see if my car was ready yet, he stated it wasnt done yet. When he told me how much it was going to cost, which was 300 more than what he stated on the phone, I told him I wanted to take my vehicle without any work done.
