Great Job! On time. Fast. They kept me informed about everything. The repairman was clean and dressed appropriately. Price was the best of three.

Time is of the essence. And you guys get that. I had you guys come out yesterday to repair my broken spring. You sent your tech out within 2 hours. Fantastic servicing, and he did a great job. Thanks for all your help. more

I've found my new garage door company 6/27/2013

Excellent service - by that I mean the combination of integrity, experience, and responsibility. I'm a civil engineer by training and detailed oriented. Falcon Garage Doors was time-prompt with the estimate and work on replacing my broken coiled springs of my rolled-up garage door. Replaced a couple of roller brackets for free, tuned opener up, and explained the dos and don’ts of DIY maintenance (most of them makes sense). more

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

Called the office at 10:40. They had tech at my house at 11:20. Fixed everything including lubricating the entire door. I would never call anyone else if there was an issue with my garage door. Thank you for your professionalism. more

Someone hit my door with a car and i needed a door quick. I called many companies. Falcon CO Garage Door, were the only garage door company that could install the door the same day. They even gave us a better price than the rest of the other companies. Thank you. more

We have used them for over 8 years, he always shows up very quick and does the job right the first time at a reasonable price. When your stuck and your door won't open they show up quicl and get your door opening quickly. more

Any Problem 5/8/2012

I was informed by my wife that our garage door was only partially opening. So, after work I discovered that the tension spring had snapped and needed to be replaced. I googled & called this garage Door. along tech quickly came to my home after 8 o'clock in the evening and replaced both tension springs and rollers as well as other parts. It's gratifying to know that I received GREAT customer service!!! I was charged a reasonable rate, and efficient and outstanding professional service was provided by him.I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!!! more
