Went looking for a used F-150 with my Mom at Broadway Ford. Just when we were going to leave...Out came Grant Fastabend. Before we new it I was test driving a really nice used 06. Really wanted it but Dad said it was to much money for my first truck. So as the week went by, Grant called us again for he had found 2-F-150's for me to look at. So back we go, I really liked them both. chose the one with the Awsome sound system....all leather...Moon roof..Wow I was so excited. We made the deal. I went in not really knowing what kind of car i wanted but he really helped me out alot. he was very patient and not at all pushy!!! We needed to find an inexpensive, good clean small suv in good working order . I drove through the lot and got out to look at one that caught my eye and w/in a few minutes Tim approached me and asked if I had any questions. We chatted for a few minutes but as usual I didn't have much time so I said I had to get back home with the full gas cans for my husband's backhoe. He suggested I take the suv even w/ the gas cans. So that's what I did and had the vehicle for about 2 hours. When I brought it back I didn't receive any high pressure sales but Tim politely said to call him if I had any other questions. Several days later I went back for another test drive and to take it to my mechanic for inspection. I had it most of the day. My mechanic said it had a lot going for it but it needed a few belts and things like that. I returned it and once again I had only a few minutes to spare. Tim asked me what I would pay for the vehicle and I told him what my offer would be (which was well below asking price) He checked w/ his superior and came back with an offer just a little more than mine...so I accepted. He let me take the vehicle home with me immediately and we would then do the financing and paperwork days later. Everyone there was friendly and courteous and absolutely no cars sales pressures. Tim is a nice down to earth person whom I would do business with again. I also met the owner of Broadway Ford and had a nice converstaion with him and was very impressed with him as well. I was happy how easy and affordable it was to do business at Broadway Ford. more

Ray has done a great job in facilitating a F150 lease for the business I work for. He has been asked to deal with a number of people on our end and has been professional, knowledgable, a good communicator, and helpful. I would recommend him highly and plan to be back in three years for the next truck! I wanted to use two other local dealerships for comparison sake - one took 24 hours to find out if a truck was for sale and the other never returned my call. I had been searching for an SUV for quite awhile, but everything I found was out of my price range or in my price range but with extremely high miles. I stopped into Broadway Ford and met Ray Corona. He listened to what I needed and found the perfect car for me! I test drove a few cars and each time we pulled in, he was waiting for us. Everytime I asked a question, you could tell he was knowledgable and honest... which goes a long way when you're a woman buying a car. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to keep my payments where I wanted them, but they gave me a great price on my trade-in and lowered the list price so I could afford it. I walked out of there so happy. The car still needed cleaned, so I couldn't take it right away... but they delivered it to me and I live an hour and a half away! That's service! You would have thought I walked in there with a million bucks and was buying a new rig... they treated me like I was! Thanks Broadway Ford! more

We were waited on by Jay Smith. Kindly, friendly and politely.HE Explained what they had that we might like in the 2010 new Ford PU's. Went for a ride showed us the amazing things about this model and that lessons (if wanted) would be given to us as often as needed. Discussions and bargaining was exciting,and would you believe fun and then we purchased. Jay has kept in touch with us until we've felt comfortable driving this unit. Which took awhile. Broadway Ford, and Ray Corona specifically, assisted us in finding the perfect vehicle for our son to head off to college...a custom 1995 Bronco. He made the deal happen when it appeared we could not afford the vehicle. My son had a tight budget, and Ray negotiated the price to meet it. The total customer service provided so far made us take the chance in doing a long-distance deal via the internet, emails, and phone...from Colorado Springs, CO. Ray and Steve Rierson both assured me their lead mechanic thoroughly looked over the Bronco and said he would have any of his family own it without concern, and that it would easily make the 12-hour drive from Idaho Falls to Colorado Springs with no issues or problems. I went to broadway ford after buying my wife a newer ford from anouther dealer with alot of questions about the car. Jason was the first person to speak to me and treated me as a friend as he explained the car and all that it's features to me even some I would have never figured out. he didn't talk down to me and treated me with respect.
