I am a frequent diner at this place. In a city of growing fast food joints and generic eateries, this place is what neighborhood dining should be about. The food is amazingly good and amazingly inexpensive. The smell when you walk in will perk up any appetite. That smell ... a combination of fried goodies, garlic, and cilantro is so intoxicating. Very family orientated. Mostly latin crowd. Don't be put off by eating in the Bronx. Forget the stereotypes. The neighborhood is extremely safe and street parking is usually available. My favorite dishes: pulpo (octopus salad), fried snapper, platanos, and rotiserie chicken. Well, I've just talked myself into another trip to Castle Hill !
Pros: Tasty food. Amazing prices.
Cons: Absolutely none.
