Buyer Beware 2/10/2011

I used Brinmann roofing last month to replace my roof. Everything was fine until they had my deposit. After that I had a hard time reaching the salesman who was taking care of me. Finally after 3 delays they came out to replace my roof. They crews were late both days. They damaged my nieghbors fence and denied it. Now I stuck with a $300 bill for the repair and Brinkmann will not take care of it. I would not recommend this company.. again buyer beware!!! more

Excellent Thorough Job, Competitive Price I had 3 roofers give me a quote and he was the only one who walked the roof to inspect the damage(didn't charge for inspection). He walked the whole roof and found some other areas that could be repaired early instead of becoming big problems later. I recommended him to my neighbor :) more

As soon as I mentioned that Brinkmann gave me an estimate on replacing my roof due to hail damage, my insurance company said I was in good hands and that your company was very reputable. The crew was professional and did a great job. Joey is a great asset to your company as he is professional and courteous. I will highly recommend Petersen Dean and Joey if someone needs any roofing work done in the future more

The roof looks great!! 12/30/2010

I want to tell you again how much I appreciated a job well done!! Thanks again for your advice with the insurance and review of my claim. You're men dropped the materials as requested on Thursday and installed the roof on Friday. Last night was the first night I haven't worried about the personal patches I applied to the roof last, until financing was available. The roof looks great!! Thanks again, Pete. more

A crew (to include the foreman) who couldn't speak english, no notification of when they were going to start, debris all over my yard, wanting to use my electricity for their power requirements, going inside my house when I wasn't home (for a roofing job???), let to my absolute refusal to EVER use this company again, and filed a compliant with the BBB, which I later found out is a waste of an agency. Poor work also, and they didn't read my statement of work and tore off the garage roof instead of just an overlay (it was just one layer of shingles so that wasn't the cause - they just didn't read my instructions). I had to fix a leak around the chimney flashing myself as they wouldn't, and had to have another company come in and fix part of a gutter system that was obviously beyond their capabilities. Never, never again. more

I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of your employee who came out to give me an estimate. I was in the market for a new roof due to hail damage and my dad recommended your company. Keith gave me a fair price right away and addresses some other concerns I had about heat in the upstairs. He is very knowledgeable about roofing issues and very pleasant personally. He answered all of my questions and and was kind enough to call back to see if any further issues had come up. more
