I should probably give these guys a score of 2 instead of one, but I'm not in a mood to be generous.
I have to admit that I've gone here the last 8 to 10 years, and they have always gotten tasks done on time, and generally have done a good job with tune-ups of my lawn equipment and 36" snowblower.
However, I have found them to be a real pain to many other customers in their shop. They were always pretty decent with me, but recently they lost one of my mowers for three days and then when they did find it out in the back lot, it had been overfilled with oil by one of their techs and that became MY problem, not theirs! They didn't even believe that they had made this mistake when I came back with the mower an hour later. I am really ticked, and now I'm looking for a new service center.
