Dr. Negru is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work that he does. Before he performs a procedure, he will sit down with you and run over all the steps. I was impressed with one of his statements: ?I work on your mouth as if I were working on my own? and that?s exactly how he works. He?s very professional, precise, gentle, and careful when he works. As a person, he?s very understanding and easy to get along with.
