they have no idea which insurance plans they take 4/19/2010

I was very unhappy with the staff at San Pedro Dental. When my husband's dental insurance finally came through, I scheduled appointments for all of us, verifying that they took our insurance. We arrived for our appointment and while filling out paperwork, the receptionist told me that they didn't take our insurance. I had a fit when I told them when I made the appointment I specifically asked if they took what we had. They made the mistake and wasted our time by not having qualified people do their scheduling. more
