Bright Now! Dental Ctr

I waited a good 45 min which isn't unusual. This was the third time I scheduled my apt for root canal. The first time was with doctor Rogers he was leaving and didn't want to start something he couldn't finish understandable. The 2 nd appt was cancelled do to remodeling. The third apt they ask what I was here for I was done I was suppose to have a certain assistant. Didn't know her or the doctor now. They said they could get me anxiety medicine I just wanted to get the procedure done by now since to begin with they thought it was a good idea to fix it and it to be urgent. They said they were getting prepared and dawn came in to review procedure and for me to sign. I signed waited 15 min later and left they were to busy I guess. I still haven't fixed my tooth waiting to get different insurance. So run . On a positive not great friendly office staff and great cleaning. Don't care for dr grosso my co worker didn't have a good experience either. more

This is by far the most DISGUSTING, FILTHY, UNFRIENDLY place I have EVER been. There is NO patient privacy, They commit MAJOR HIPPA VIOLATIONS, use dirty equipment, and have Dentists who should NOT have gotten their licenses. I am in the process of reporting them to HIPPA and the Better Business Bureau. I walked out in the middle of my exam because the Dentist was UNQUALIFIED and using DIRTY INSTRUMENTS. more

Everyone in this office makes you feel like family. They go above and beyond to made me feel at ease in an environment which I have felt in the past was very uncomfortable. They have given me a different outlook when it comes to dentistry. thank you for all you have done for me more

Dr. Klair has the best ""Chair side"" manner of any dentist I have ever been to, including my uncle! She always answers all of my questions about my treatment. She is always conscious of any possible discomfort and takes actions to mitigate it immediately. Her degree of empathy and competence is a refreshing combination. more

Both my wife and myself are so very pleased with the hygienist we see. Her name is Carrie and she has been treating us for years and we both hope, for years to come. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. more

They are the pits. Here's my experience. I got a coupon for teeth cleaning - $40. Good deal but first you have to have an exam, another $40 with coupon (if no dental insurance). On the exam, they find something expensive - for me a cavity at the line of a cap. It seemed reasonable so I bought the insurance they suggested for $140. My costs for filling and a new cap - $560. Now for the teeth cleaning at $5 with the new insurance. Now I'm told I have to have periodontal work on all four quadrants for about $220. My gums are nice and pink, don't bleed when flossed and are not recessed. But I signed their paper with prices for the suggested work. I call to cancel the next day after thinking about it and they try the hard sell that I had signed the papers and I knew all along from the first exam that I needed the work and that I was now obligated. I said bullshit - I just wanted a regular tooth cleaning. There had been no mentions of periodontal work after the initial exam results. They refused to do the regular teeth cleaning. Now I have paid $745 and still no teeth cleaning. Really pissed. About their facilities - no sink to spit in, instead they aspirate your mouth. It is nice to rinse after having a cavity filled to get the solid stuff out. Cons: Poor facilities, push unneeded dental work very aggressively more

Their dental rooms are not really rooms, but more like half cubicles. There is almost no space to move around. Everything is very cramped. They wouldn't let me go back to the room with my wife (our first time there I wanted to make sure things were done well). They claimed that it was an OSHA regulation that spouses were not allowed in the room even for cleanings and evaluations. I did some research online and OSHA does not appear to have any such regulation. I have submitted questions to the state of FL to see if it is a FL law, but I have a feeling that they made that part up. more
