I am a collector of unique vintage prints and have had Candace frame quite a few pieces for me over the last few years. She has always done a fantastic job and I couldnt ask for a better place to handle my one of a kinds! I also have friends who I have recommended to Bridgewater Art, and they too have expressed how happy they were with their finished products. I would recommend this shop to anyone! I brought in 2 oversized peices to mat ande frame. It cost $500.00 for a basic metal frane and natting. The problem started when i picked them up. The peices were not protected for travel. There were no corner protectors, or paper to protect the glass. The owner did not offer to helpm me to take them to the car. i was able to put 1 Imy car , but the 2nd would not fit. Itook it back to pick it up later. She called to say the glass was cracked , and i must have done it putting it in my cat, she was sorry ,but could not replace the glass for free.> She said that she did not have to supply protection for the peices, the corners cost a lot of money and only large chain frame shops provide that service. Once she takes your money you are on your own. I should have sed a chain store. I would not be writting this review today. I have never written a review on a shop before, but I do not want you to go through the problems I had today. Don't use this shop. Cons: Poor quality. Poor customer service more
